Speed Reading using Adobe Reader

Newer versions of Adobe Reader include an auto scroll function (Pick View/Automatically Scroll or use Shift+Ctrl+H). Use the numerical keypad to control the speed: 0 (barely moving) to 9 (superhuman speed).
